Delivery Expectations: You are purchasing a piece of exercise equipment that typically ranges in weight from 150 to 400 pounds. You will need to be there on a "coordinated" delivery, said coordinated delivery occurs between you the seller and our preferred carrier. More on preferred carrier, we take about 5 business days on average to select a private carrier, that is, an individual or small company to directly transport the equipment to your residence or business. This is in lieu of the typical and dreaded LTL (Less than Truckload) transport via semi, a rougher mode of transport, however we will use this method if we cannot find a private carrier. Last note, After the transaction is consummated we need your phone number to provide to the carrier.

* “Curbside” deliveries - delivery personnel (carrier) drops off the purchased item outside of the buyer’s location and the buyer is responsible for bringing the item inside. You must be there on delivery. Bear in mind that ellipticals, trainers, and treadmills are can range from 150 -400 pounds so they require 2-3 adults to move.


**During “Delivery and installation” the delivery personnel brings the item into the desired spot within the location. To reiterate, this service is only available in Chicagoland. Do not choose this if you are outside of Chicagoland.
