This is a threaded cable stud (studded cable end) used in gym cable systems.

⚙️ How it works

1. Cable goes inside the barrel
   The steel cable is inserted into the hole in the body.
2. It gets crimped (swaged)
   A crimping tool compresses the metal so the cable is permanently locked in place.
3. Threaded end screws into machine
   The stud (M8,M10, M12, etc.) threads into a weight stack or bracket.
