Had the same issue as 1000s of Nordictrack S22i users where the control board failed which ment the S22i no longer worked. Nordictrack, IFIT and McSport all seem to ignore people who require help and didn't respond so ordered the board myself from ihydrafitnessparts.com. control board arrived within a few days and replaced myself in 5 min. Everything working again.
