The Life Fitness Integrity Series Upright Bike consists of a variety of great features to help motivate, entertain, and comfort users during their workouts. With a Comfort Curve Plus seat, Wide Ride pedals, and deluxe racing handlebars riders can maintain a comfortable position. Entertainment features such as, iPod/iPhone compatibility with audio playback and optional video playback (only available with attachable LCD monitor) will keep users motivated during long workouts.

Lifepulse digital heart rate monitoring hand sensors are conveniently placed on the handlebars to provide precise heart rate monitoring, and Polar telemetry provides accurate, “hands-free" heart rate monitoring (Telemetry requires optional chest strap)
MOTIVATING WORKOUT VARIETY
Zone Training+ Workouts automatically adjust the resistance level to keep users in their target heart rate zone. Also includes goalbased workouts, Fitness Test protocols, and the machine-prompting Aerobics Trainer Workout to keep users motivated
