- Brand new, factory sealed, right from Icon.
- Installation Guidelines: 1) Unplug unit from wall outlet 2) Remove Motor hood and disconnect control board, keep track of connections.
- 3) Dismount old board and mount new one. 4) Reverse the leads disconnected in step 2
- 5) Plug in Machine and calibrate the unit, search you tube search "calibrate icon treadmill" for instance.

Plug-and-play simplicity at its finest. I didn't even need to calibrate the speed on it like I did with my old treadmill. Hope I never have to replace it again though; this was about double what I wanted to pay for it.
