Reinforced hub design
The product images show a wheel with a central mounting bore and reinforcing ribs. Compare the complete profile with your original wheel.
Model-specific replacement
Use the listed equipment codes, model years and wheel dimensions to confirm a suitable replacement before ordering.

Three checks for a matching wheel
Identify your treadmill
Find the model name, complete equipment code and year on the treadmill label. Compare these with the five listed entries.
Measure the original wheel
Compare the outside diameter, overall width, center bore and any axle spacers or mounting hardware arrangement.
Follow the service procedure
Use your treadmill’s service instructions to access the transport wheel and refit the replacement. Access requirements vary by model.
The source notes that access may require removal of a base cover, side panels or frame fasteners. Follow the instructions for your exact treadmill rather than assuming every installation is the same.
Compatibility reference
Listed treadmill models
Match the model, equipment code and year below. Brand compatibility alone does not confirm the physical wheel fit.
| Brand / group | Model | Equipment code | Year |
|---|---|---|---|
| HZ Fitness / TREO Fitness | 30750 | TM270B | 2008 |
| Tempo Fitness | 612T | TM451 | 2012 |

The first entry is listed under “HZ Fitness” in the source and identifies TREO Fitness 30750 (TM270B). The overview banner also mentions Merit, but no Merit model codes are supplied. Confirm an exact match before ordering for an unlisted model.

Common product questions
Is this the treadmill belt roller?
No. This is a transport wheel used for moving compatible equipment, rather than a roller that drives or supports the walking belt.
Will this fit every treadmill from these brands?
No universal fit is stated. Match your exact model and compare the wheel diameter, width, center bore and axle arrangement.
Does installation require access to the base?
The source describes typical mounting at or under the base or end frame. Some models may require cover or panel removal. Follow the model-specific service instructions.
Are axle hardware and dimensions specified?
The supplied EBC does not provide exact wheel dimensions or a package hardware list. Confirm any required axle, spacers and fasteners before installation.

from 1272 reviewsOrdered a part that I knew wasn’t quite right but I modified it and it now fits fine. The folks at the store were most helpful and explained their return policy. Very happy. Thanks

Works well, doesn’t come loose, looks OEM. My old ones the nylon webbing snapped and the buckles looked like hot rusted garbage. Good to bring some life and functionality back to my old Spinner NXT spin bike.
Definitely an OEM part at reasonable price. Will consult them again if the need arises.
Very fast delivery, reasonably priced, no issues
Easy ordering, fast shipping highly recommended
This Precor part was unavailable new so I substituted a used part from Hydra Fitness Exchange. I received the used part quickly I installed the part and it solved the problem I had with the original part.
What great and was delivered in timely manner
Same as original part, easy install, properly sized, original functionality
Product as advertised. Postal snafu was dealt with prompt action. Reputable outfit. Would buy again.
Great repair product. Same as original! Perfect replacement.
Works like new again!
No complaints here, I received the belt in timely manner and it went right on. happy wife!
thanks!
These guys shipped the belt quickly after the order was placed. It was received and installed and consequently we were only down for a few days. I first ordered two belts from another source that had free shipping, but after the order processed I was notified that it was going to be almost a month before we could even expect to receive them. So the six bucks for shipping I paid these guys was well worth it. I still have not received the first order and we would still be dead in the water had I not found these guys.
The right part sent to me quickly. Cant ask for anything more. Thank you.
Great service, fast shipping, excellent customer service.
