The B52 Smith Machine is built from commercial-grade 2x3-inch, 14-gauge steel, providing a rackable capacity of up to 1,200 lbs and safety arms with a static load capacity of 1,200 lbs. With 14 adjustable positions, this home Smith machine fits users of all sizes and supports a variety of exercises, including bench presses, squats, and more.
PLENTY OF ADJUSTABLE POSITIONS: 14 upright holes, 17 pulley holes, and 10 Smith machine holes are fully adjustable. The B52 Smith machine for home gyms features 14 adjustable positions along the uprights, 17 adjustable positions for the cable pulley system, and 10 adjustable positions for the Smith system. This allows all members of your household to find suitable settings based on their height and various exercises.
UPGRADED BAND PEGS & ADAPTABLE FOOT PLATE: The B52 Smith Machine can perform banded and reverse band exercises thanks to its six band pegs. Barbell squats and other resistance band exercises deload during difficult stages. Workouts with reverse bands, such as the bench press, improve peak contraction more than workouts with only weight plates. To suit varying user heights and exercises, the large footplate has three adjustable angles.
