SO you will have to a) remove your preexisting bracket and put on this one, or b) if your motor has the bracket welded

Plug-and-play simplicity at its finest. I didn't even need to calibrate the speed on it like I did with my old treadmill. Hope I never have to replace it again though; this was about double what I wanted to pay for it.
