Poor service. Takes for ever to get back to you, then they tell you that you ordered it wrong. The picture showed one idem and I received something else. finally they said I would have to return it. I would have to pay to ship it back plus a restocking fee. I have asked how much the fee would be and now I get this email that says they have fulfilled my order. Be careful if try to get something from them. I will also be letting PayPal know about this since that is the method of payment.

We are in the peak of busy season in pandemic, so yes, just like any other company in this industry it does take longer to get help as we want to avoid other negative comments about long ship times.
