Ordered by mistake & returned back for refund. Customer service was great & sent me RMA within 24 hours.

I recently ordered a refurbished lower control board for my treadmill. Unfortunately, I was shipped the wrong board (something other than what I ordered). Took a day or two, after receiving the wrong board, to open a line of communication with Hydra Fitness Parts but things were corrected and the new board is installed and the treadmill is back online.

The part works perfectly in my machine, but I have to say that I really appreciate the speediness of the order and the care taken of the part in the package. Was so pleased that I ordered a few other replacement parts from this same place! Thanks.
