Took a chance and it worked to fix a speed sensor issuen on a TR1200B

This is an add on to my prior review above (under L.V.) -- I received the wrong-length harness at first, but Hydra Fitness contacted me and immediately sent me the correct-length harness.

Terrific service -- thank you very much Hydra Fitness. I have installed the new harness and the Livestrong treadmill is back to life.

Part didn’t end up being what we thought we needed. They were great to refund just as they said. Very quick response!

The first time I got my part it was defective. I had a hard time finding the phone number but once I was able was able to talk with a real person I was sent a replacement and it worked out great.

Thanks for the rapid response and getting me a working console. I replaced the console on my bike and it works fine now. BTW I now have 2 consoles that do not work. Are you interested in getting them repaired for sale?

Exact fit

Genuine replacement part, superb service, quick delivery. I ordered the same part from the manufacturer over a month and half ago and I still have not gotten the part.
