When my elliptical broke, I was able to quickly find the needed replacement parts at Hydra Fitness Sports at a reasonable price. The shipping was very fast and the replacement parts arrived in great condition. I will use Hydra Fitness Sports for maintaining my home exercise equipment in the future and recommend others do so as well.

I received the replacement pedals and found them as advertised. The pedal is about 25 percent smaller than the original ones but we don’t find that a problem in anyway.

A review that I read before ordering said the buyer couldn’t remove the left pedal off his machine so he dinged the rating saying the one installed was good and it wasn’t hydra fitnesses fault he couldn’t remove the left one…I also had trouble initially taking my left pedal off. Recalling the review, I wondered what the odds were that I would also have a frozen pedal that couldn’t be removed. I thought the odds were slim and surmised the threading must be reversed. That turned out to be the case. So I suggest you put a note with the left pedal so those of us without experience assembling and maintaining the machines can easily complete the replacement.

Had the same issue as 1000s of Nordictrack S22i users where the control board failed which ment the S22i no longer worked. Nordictrack, IFIT and McSport all seem to ignore people who require help and didn't respond so ordered the board myself from ihydrafitnessparts.com. control board arrived within a few days and replaced myself in 5 min. Everything working again.

Broke a foot off of treadmill and ordered a new one. Got it quick. Everything was easy and good. Recommend.
