We received a used elliptical display in a very timely manner. It works great and we are very satisfied.

I purchased new pedals for my old exercise bike roughly one month ago. The website had helpful information including some videos that made it very easy for me to identify which pedals were suitable for my bike. I was able to order the left pedal complete with the foot strap, but only the right pedal. I was pleasantly surprised that when the right pedal came, it also had a new foot strap on it. Thank you so much for this extra. Also, shipping time was fast and the package arrived in good condition. My experience with this purchase was excellent.

Thank you Hydra Fitness, Bowflex or its affiliated repair company wanted to charge me the cost of the bike for service fees, shipping and equipment fees to fix my bike. I ordered the part from your company and fixed the bike myself. Thank you for being a reasonably priced option for bike repairs. It seems as if these big named companies or associates are over charging to the point it would be more cost effective to buy the equipment again, rather than repairing it. This company sent the parts quickly and in good working condition. At this time, I would use this company again for future repairs.

Excellent fitting and working well

The wiring configuration is slightly different in the placement of the plugs. I removed the potting compound from the plugs/sockets of the original controller and swapped in the new board. It worked perfectly right out of the box but mind the order of the output wires.

I had to do a re-calibration of the incline which was the main issue originally. After that things are completely back to factory setup and no more incline errors.

My E35 that this went into is a 2009 model.

Good company to deal with would buy from them again.

Hydra fitness sent the console for the Nordic Track 990 treadmill that arrived within 3 days after I ordered it. The console was a third party console that had the software that would allow me to continue to use the 990 treadmill. The console was used but worked perfectly after I had it installed. I’m impressed with Hydrafitness. GREAT Job!!💯
