This is an add on to my prior review above (under L.V.) -- I received the wrong-length harness at first, but Hydra Fitness contacted me and immediately sent me the correct-length harness.

Thanks for the rapid response and getting me a working console. I replaced the console on my bike and it works fine now. BTW I now have 2 consoles that do not work. Are you interested in getting them repaired for sale?
