You must be there on delivery. Bear in mind that ellipticals, trainers, and treadmills can range from 150 -400 pounds so they require 2-3 adults to move. **During “Delivery and installation” the delivery personnel brings the item into the desired spot within the location. To reiterate, this service is only available in Chicagoland. Do not choose this if you are outside of Chicagoland. Plug-and-play simplicity at its finest. I didn't even need to calibrate the speed on it like I did with my old treadmill. Hope I never have to replace it again though; this was about double what I wanted to pay for it.
