I shouldn’t have questioned ordering this part sooner. Was very easy to install this quickly shipped part. My machine is now almost whisper quiet; like new. Was diligently packed and included prompt email follow ups. So far, so excellent and much appreciated!

My treadmill was in storage for 18 months. When it was finally returned, I was missing the magnetic safety key needed for it to start. I was able to get one from Hydra Fitness. It was just what I needed and delivery was very fast.

First drive motor I ordered was delivered quickly but was defective and company immediately delivered a new one.

As the title says, the motor was delivered quickly, and packaged quite well. It was adequately protected in shipping, and was a direct replacement for my unit, despite being from a different manufacturer than my original unit. I've had it a few days now, and so far I've had zero issues with the unit. The ordering process was also smooth, and if the unit holds up over a longer term, I'll have no problem purchasing from this seller again.
